(Oncorhynchus mykiss)
It is the most widespread in the entire region, we can capture them in all rivers and lakes of the National Park Nahuel Huapi. It reaches great loads both in rivers and in lakes; Is recognized for its characteristic acrobatic leaps when hooked.
(Salmo Trutta)
This species is the one that reaches greater sizes in the region, it is not unusual to catch specimens that are around 5 kg. We find it in almost all the rivers and lakes of the Nahuel Huapi National Park.
(Salvelinus Fontinalis)
They prefer the colder waters of certain rivers and lakes of the Northern Patagonia, such as Guillelmo, Gutierrez, Fonck, Nahuel Huapi, Mascardi, Manso middle river. They are characterized by their beauty and lively colors.
(Percychthis trucha)
It is the native fish of Patagonia that we can catch using artificial lures. In Bariloche region it reaches important sizes, mainly in lakes Nahuel Huapi, Moreno, and Limay river.
(Salmo Salar)
These are Atlantic Salmon specimens that do not migrate to the sea and complete their life cycle in freshwater. Its population is mainly concentrated in Lake Traful, and Traful River.
